Welcome to Kinnred. By accessing our landing page, signing up for early access, or using any future Kinnred services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility and User Age

You must be at least 18 years old to create a profile, sign up for early access, or use any services provided by Kinnred. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

2. Proximity Discovery and Live Grid

Kinnred is designed to facilitate real-world connections. You understand and agree that:

• Your profile (including name, age, interests, and distance) will be visible on a local proximity grid to other users.
• We collect location data to estimate distances between grid members. We prioritize your privacy and do not display exact GPS track lines or specific coordinates.
• You are solely responsible for your interactions with other members, whether online or offline, including meetups organized via topic-specific Circles.

3. Code of Conduct and Safety

To keep Kinnred safe and welcoming, you agree not to post content or engage in behaviors that are:

• Harassing, abusive, threatening, or defamatory.
• Fraudulent, misleading, impersonating, or violating someone else's intellectual property.
• Commercial advertising, spam, or automated bot scraping.

Kinnred reserves the right to immediately terminate or ban any account that violates this code of conduct without prior notice.

4. Optional Photo Lock Settings

We offer custom privacy settings enabling users to opt-in to locked/blurred photos. Toggling this setting restricts unblurred access to your photos to only those individuals whose request you accept. Abuse of photo assets, screenshots of blurred images, or attempts to circumvent lock settings is strictly prohibited.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Kinnred is provided "as is". We make no warranties regarding the continuous availability of the app, user authenticity, or safety during local interactions. You use Kinnred at your own risk. Kinnred is not liable for any damages arising out of your use of the platform or meetings arranged through it.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad.
